Location

This house is located in the industrial district of North Portland, Oregon.  Enjoy your children playing among the zombie apocalypse that is nearby Delta Park's open-air drug market which perfectly highlights Portland's crippling opioid and homeless epidemics.  Sleep in on Sunday as it offers your only reprieve from the sounds of semi trucks loading and unloading, as well as the window rattling roar of jet engines landing at nearby PDX, allowing you to take in the soundtrack of cars revving and squealing at the nearby Portland (PIR) auto racetrack, and the increasingly commonplace "street takeovers" consisting of kids in loud cars, attracting huge crowds, while blocking traffic to do donuts in nearby intersections.

Yes.  There have been 12 known calls to emergency dispatch since April of 2024.  Four of those calls were to report the neighbor, William Stevens, heavily intoxicated and brandishing a firearm at the residents of this property.  On each occasion William Stevens (and on one instance his wife Mary Kristine Shigley) was the only person with a firearm.  Of the twelve known calls to Portland emergency dispatch, Portland police officers have only responded once to the incidents, (unfortunately due to a faulty Ring doorbell their attempts to alert us to their presence were not heard, and they had left the scene within the 5 minutes it took for us to remember the doorbell's decorative nature). William Stevens of 9412 NE River Point Cir., Portland, Oregon 97211, has openly bragged that he cannot and will not be arrested or charged due to his wife's position as the administrative assistant to the Chief Operating Officer of the Port of Portland/Portland International Airport.  He has gone on to boast about his wife's close working relationship with the Port Police and the Portland Police Bureau.  (See attached videos)
